We work with Medicaid-authorized clients, long-term care insurance benefits and private-pay families. Coverage and eligibility depend on each payer’s authorization and policy terms.

Who We Are
AEG is a Washington State home care agency providing non-medical in-home care and dependable staffing support. We help individuals and families maintain safety, dignity and independence.
Before joining our team, caregivers complete required credential verification, background screening, reference checks and role-specific health and training requirements.
Comprehensive Home Care Services
Our services support personal care, daily routines, household needs, mobility, companionship and family caregiver relief.
Support may include safe transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, grocery shopping, toileting, mobility assistance and companionship. Care can be provided at home or alongside clients in assisted living, rehabilitation and hospital settings.
Non-Medical Staffing Support
